Checkers60 is the best

I want to compliment the Checkers 60 app and service. It’s impeccable, especially in comparison to the Woolies Dash app and service. I have never experienced any problems. I love the ease and speed of delivery. I love the ability to choose substitutions upfront. I love that debits are taken or released immediately preventing long standing pending transactions on my account. I love that it is convenient to log a complaint about a product upon delivery and that an immediate credit is applicable without any fuss or lengthy process. I love that if you deliver late or do not have stock of 80% of products order you refund the delivery charge. This is such awesome customer service. Well done. Checkers has definitely been the innovative leader with these types of apps.
