CHECKERS60 IS A ****

Horrible service , i order almost 3 times a week on the Checkers60 app, i ordered the money went off on preauthorisation and off my account but checkers says they didnt recieve the money, i therefore called them and they could not assist i then called the bank to reverse the transatcion and they asked that checkers gives me something in writing that they did not recieve the money, i then called checkers but they couldn't give me anything in writing they blantly refused to assist me in getting my money back but yet they say they did not recieve it. this is disguisting and a huge inconvenience.. HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!!
