Checkers60 App

I have been trying to link my savings card to the app in order to benefit from the specials when I buy online.....NO SUCCESS. Am so frustrated. Have phoned numerous times. I get told that they will contact me by the end of the day; never happens. Told it was being escalated to IT department; never hear back. Gone into my local Checkers and spoken to the rep there who assured me that someone would contact me back; never happens. Asked for me to be completely deleted from the profile created in order for me to start again......can't seem to do that either. Hopeless, hopeless, hopeless department. At least have the common decency to get back to me.
