Checkers Zambezi Junction absolutely pathetic service

I went to Checkers Zambezi Junction today and they had Friday specials no.

I bought various items of which some items were marked as Friday specials on the shelves. When I went to pay they charged the full price not the Friday specials. price. The manager indicate to me that the RED CROSS on the advert means you need their Xtra special card. Firstly how must a customer who does not usually shop at Checkers know that the RED CROSS means you need a Checkers Xtra special card. Secondly if its on Friday special and you need a Checkers Xtra special card then it is a Checkers special NOT a Friday special.

Checkers Zambezi Junction is the most unpleasant and unfriendly shop I have ever been to. I will never shop there again.
