Checkers, Woodburn, Pietermaritzburg - Lack of Service from Branch Manager

I had a query regarding Ariel, 3 in 1 capsules, advertised on Checkers. co.za website as R59.99 each. The price stated is valid till 24 May 2020.net into the Checkers, Woodburn branch situated in Pietermaritzburg on 15 May 2020 and the marked price was R89.99. When I got home, I phoned the Checkers, Woodburn branch on 15 May 2020 at 13:01. I spoke with the receptionist, Nobuhle and had to make a total of seven calls as my call kept being dropped. I was eventually contacted by Kayden who informed me that the price is R89.99 each. After a further four calls due to the dropped calls, I asked Kayden why this is so as the advertised price on the checkers website is R59.99? Kayden promised to leave a message at 13:16 for the manager to contact me and explain why this is so. The manager did not have the decency of returning my call, so I phoned the store once again at 16:15 and left another message with Nobuhle. To date no one has contacted me. Why is there such a lack of service from this recently opened branch? Surely the manager lacks the s****s to be in a service orientated environment. Why does Checkers not CLEARLY mark the specials as Checker Hyper or any other store on its website as it is extremely irritating to go into the store and be advised that the promotion is not valid at that particular store? Will someone from Checkers please advise where I may obtain 4 of these packs of Ariel in Pietermaritzburg and whether there is stock in store?
