Checkers wonderpark Pretoria north sorry we don’t offer “rain checks”

Checkers will treat you like trash based on your location,Ive been to checkers in Pretoria east a couple of times and they always offered “Rain check” when they have an advert going on but don’t have the stock and I preferred them based on that but the past weekend I was in checkers liquor wonderpark the northern side of Pretoria where there are predominately black people.I went there looking for an item which was on the advert they told me “they had no stock”,and they didn’t offer me the “rain check” so I quickly remembered and asked for it,they straight up told me there’s nothing like that they don’t offer that. I didn’t understand if it was because the store is based where there are more blacks than whites. I went home and called them,spoke to Rebecca asked for a manager just to confirm what I was told,she just put the phone down and started communicating with her colleague mentioning “They think they know too better,they might as well come and work here” I was literally on hold for 10 minutes,called again they didn’t bother answering. I called they’re customer service complaining about them,they came back to me and told me “sorry we can’t help you,it was while stock last”. That was not written in the advert but my money has no value like the people in the east,they won’t go extra miles for a black customer who drove all the way to their store to get what the store has advertised,maybe it was my duty as a customer to make sure that the item is available in the store. I’m just saying if I was in the east side of Pretoria or maybe being white I could have gotten a better respond or service and my money would have more value. But because I’m black and in Pretoria north I won’t be treated like the whites in Pretoria east.
