Checkers Windermere - Blutech water filter

Spoke to the branch manager of checkers windermere in December 2018 with regards to the ordering of Blu tech water filter's . I did not get any response from him. This week i spoke to another manager who took my details down & advised me he will contact me. I went to checkers windermere this week & manager who took my details advised me that he is still finding out. My complaint is that we bought the jug from Checkers with the filters, but when i need to buy more filter 's they don't have stock but still have the jug on sale. So please why can't they try getting it from another store that stocks it.
