Checkers Windermere a let down

Checkers in the Windermere centre in Durban has really just gone downhill. Two weeks ago I bought laughing *** cheese wedges... They were sour... Last week i bought Viennas they were off.. Today I went in to buy wrapps and they are all squashed up and and torn.. I spoke to the store manager. He would speak to the merchandiser. The tellers are rude and nonchalant.
