CHECKERS - WHY????

I shop at Checkers, Cresta every week, and EVERY week there is a problem with prices. Example 1 - Special on Marg R37.99. When I got to the counter this morning, the price was R47.99. I spoke to the Manager, Justice, who went to the fridge only to find that the special was on the NORMAL Marg and the price tag was put in the wrong place!! He was kind enough to give the product to me at the reduced price. Example 2 - Chelsea Wafers on special - 3 for R30. AGAIN, at the till I was charged R11.99 x 3. The cashier then takes 10 minutes to check the item, only to call a supervisor who runs around looking to get cash to refund me. This is a painful process to endure EVERY time I go there.
