Checkers Westgate Unfriendly Staff and lack of Service

I went to Checkers bought a few Items and a had to pack my own Parcels witch I think is very disrespectful towards a customer the service is getting wors and wors day by day the staff are unfriendly only 3 or 4 tills open and there are so many tills why waist money on so much tills but they don't use it in my eyes it looks like checkers doesn't have enough staff. I'm Really unhappy I also work I'm a customer care consultant and I believe service is one of the most inportant things in the word and Checkers Westgate doesn't really care about it. I Don't want to support Checkers anymore when I receive this kinde of service if have experienced many times at Checkers Westgate and Checkers Horizon and I just left it but today I feel I had Enough of this **** service why do I have to pay for n bag if I have to pack my own groceries....???
