Checkers Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain WORSE SERVICE EVER

Checkers Westgate Mall in Mitchells Plain NEEDS HELP. Absoulutely shocking and non existant rude customer service. You wait FOREVER at the bakery even though there is constantly a huge group of people just chatting in the background and at the kiosk where you buy cigarettes EVEN LONGER because there is ONE person there, usually chatting with her friends and that ONE person makes coffee while you wait EVEN LONGER to buy cigs. Why not have one person to make coffee and one for the cigs and refunds? I live opposite this checkers which is why I’m always here but really the service is disgusting compared to other checkers stores.

I even emailed checkers directly one to voice my concerns but clearly that was a waste of time
