Checkers westgate mall

Hi I would like to log a complaint about the lack of service and staffing at the Westgate mall, Mitchells Plain Branch. The fact that there are few cashers and so many empty till points is ridiculose. What is the point in having the till points if they not being used . Addition to this i called in to complain about this and the manager said they are working on it but yet nothing was done.
