Checkers Waterfall Corner - Procedures

<p>Had another incident again today which caused a long delay on a transaction which should have been completed in half the time.</p> <p>The Money Market counter didnt know whether they could accept a virtual voucher as a tender type. Called for a supervisor, she didnt know either. The Admin Manager didnt know as well and we had to call Computicket. Their logic was incorrect and the person did not question them - they said that you can only use the voucher on the website. The virtual voucher was a Checkers voucher and this would not have been possible at all.</p> <p>Money Market accepts gift cards so i dont understand why this would be any different to a Checkers virtual voucher!</p> <p>They didnt even know whether i could use the voucher to purchase a gift card.....</p> <p> </p> <p>Very bad customer service</p>
