Checkers very unfriendly to the elderly

The lady at the kiosk was extremely rude, we stood in the que for like-10 minutes and when she was about to assist my mother I stepped away. My mom greeted Tlalane ,without responding or looking at her she just pointed that she’s in the wrong que! Even though she and her friend were standing at the same counter. Extremely rude and that’s not how clients should be spoken to! If it was visible where to go for what we would go to the correct counter.
