CHECKERS VERGELEGEN PLEIN SOMERSET WEST

Checkers at Vergelegen Plein Somerset West have a 10 items or less (quick) facility. This morning I entered that queue and was served by someone who failed all the acceptable service standard. She did not say hello, did not make eye contact and made me feel she was doing me a favor. I told her she is expected to al least say hello and make eye contact to which she simply stared at me and muttered to the next till operator who was equally as rude. The lady at that till point also complained. No apology at all from either one of them. I like shopping their but whoever is the manager (not the overseer who said she has reported complaints to the manager before to no avail) Needs to pay attention and fix the problem. I wanted to speak to the manager but he or she does not come to work until later because they are working late hours.
