Checkers Vergelegen

Checkers Vergelegen, I dont know what to say or where to begin. This a very beautiful and clean store however the service and staff are absolute **** to say the least. The treatment that I've experienced is really shocking, the hot food deli is always a nightmare, one one wants to help, staff stand around and talk to each other behind the counter with no regard for customers, the manager hear people complain as she walks past, I also assume its the kitchen manager (elderly lady wearing a black overall) and doesn't not even blink or address these staff. The bald headed manager does not seem bother to say the least either after lodging complaints to him, the small coloured female manager also does not seem to give a **** about anything. yes, I think I've complained to all of them by now but nothing seems to change. The amount of times I've walk out of that store in rage, dismay and hungry is more that I can count on two hands. This place doesn't not care about you or there customers, this is the problem with these big stores which I dont understand because the somerset west central store is top quality and I've only had good experience there. I'm sick and tired of Checkers Vergelegen. I will make it my personal mission moving forward to avoid this store. Checkers, I will go out of my way for people to know about this....I will post a complaint ever single day until something is done about this....EVERY.SINGLE.DAY!!!
