Checkers Valley Hyper and Checkers App

Why is the app going offline???? Previously I exchanged my iron, but didn't have my slip with me. The friendly lady had me download the Checkers app and told me 'don' t worry mam, all your slips are here, you never need to worry again' Today I just wanted to exchange a simple shampoo but didn't keep the slip because it's on the app. Now I can't exchange it because the app isn't working anymore. Maybe if the managers were a little friendlier that will also help but they are demanding the slip now. What a mess and a story. Can it be that much trouble??? So I can't exchange my shampoo. It's only shampoo. This was my go to, but I think I'll rather go back to Pick 'n Pay I've complained to them about the poor service at their bakery as well. They started off so well but now they don't worry anymore, probably because they have enough customers. Especially the men managers. Nothing will fall of them just to be more friendly and helpful.
