Checkers UNspecial specials

I bought 13 boxes of 1Kg Bakers biscuits from Checkers, Cresta. They were "on special" being marked down from R149-99 to R134-99. I subsequently saw the same item at Pick 'n Pay for R119-99. I emailed Checkers Customer Care expecting maybe a voucher/apology/explanation only to be told that I should return the biscuits to Patrick at Cresta if I was unhappy with the price. So I did!
