Checkers Tzaneen bad service

Checkers Tzaneen services are by far the worst I ever experienced. Really it's like those managers don't even care to take client's complaints seriously. Time after time I have to argue with the cashier and money market to buy electricity. Because they cannot sell it at the express tills or they are off line. How is it that Shoprite who is further way from me, can always assist me.? Secondly they have No hand baskets available? Why? I don't want to push the damn trolley just for a few items. Really. Get new management, as the ones working there don't do anything about it, even if you say something.
