Checkers Toilet at Virginia Circle, Durban, disgustingly filthy. (Disabled Persons Toilet)

I had the displeasure of having to use the toilet for disabled persons downstairs in the centre today. The toilet seat is in a disgusting condition and absolutely filthy. I took pics but there is no way to attach them to this review.
