Checkers Thieving & XtraSavings Team ***********

On Sunday, 03 March 2024 I bought a qualifying promotional item and met all the requirements to qualify for the promotional price (correct store, region, date and rewards card). Just to find out when I got home I paid the full retail price.

I emailed the XtraSavings team the very same day and provided all evidences (receipt, copy of the brochure and a photo of the physical item I bought). Just to be met with an uncompetent employee (Vuyolwethu) who responded with this week's new promotional items (04 March 2024) stated that my purchase do not quality. Bear in mind my query was for the promotional period of 26 February - 03 March 2024 and not for the period he responded back.

Please beware when shopping at Checkers & Checkers Hyper as they are clearly dishonest and rip customers off!
