Checkers The Glen service sucks

I was at Checkers, The Glen, on Saturday 21/11/2020. We asked about a special that appeared in the most recent catalogue and the woman flat out said its not at this Checkers, only Checkers Hyper. But on the catalogue it said both outlets. I also wanted to withdraw cash. The cashier had to call for assistance thrice before a manager came. Once the cashier told her the amount, she (the manager) had so much attitude because she actually had to work. But all she was doing was chatting to a fellow co-worker. I just left the withdrawal. We all told as FNB customers we can draw for free at Checkers but what I experienced I'd rather pay for the withdrawal at an ATM. Service was so disgusting. No one smiled, no one can help you
