Checkers terrible service and advertising

Why advertise on the checkers app for this deal when nobody knows about this and no store has it in KZN. The Telkom 10 gig LTE prepaid bundle going for R0.99

Please advise why advertise for this deal and then nobody knows about it and no stores have it. Advise where I can get this deal. I will log a complaint to the board.
