Checkers Tambotie- Appalling service from Elizabeth and Joyce

So my girlfriend and I went into the shop today to buy a few groceries. after selected our items we proceeded to the till (Elizabeth: Cashier Name). When we got at the till we found the cashier (Elizabeth) selling to another customer (a white lady) while her colleague Joyce was packing the customers items in the trolley. When our turn came to pay, Joyce the packer moved away from us and refused to pack our groceries like she did with the white lady. when I asked Elizabeth why Joyce walked away and refused to pack our groceries, she rudely said shes on tea..I have a big issue about the manner in which I was treated at this shop( chekcer tambotie). I am a resident of Randfontein and i frequently make my purchases at checkers Tambotie. This was the first time that i received such appalling service. doesnt checkers teach their staff to treat their customers the same? isnt our money the same regardless of the coulour of the persons skin???????
