Checkers taking a charitable view to make a birthday happy

<p>We bought an unusually pricey (for us) birthday present for our 8-year-old daughter, and within 24 hours it had taken a knock and was broken. My daughter was devastated and cried for nearly the rest of the day. I was a bit disappointed with the build quality of a toy meant for kids, but I approached Checkers about the possibility of repairs. Instead they took a charitable and generous view of my plight and offered to replace the item. Thanks very much, you really went beyond duty to make things better for us.</p>
