Checkers take additional money without checking

On the 7 may 2022 I visited Checkers selcourt . Did my normal purchase that came to R1129. 50 then i requested to draw R3000 at the till point with the cashier.

Checkers then took the purchase on the 11th of May 2022 and the withdrawal.

Now the problem : They took the same purchase and withdrawal the next day on the 12th of May 2022.

Put my account in areas and made my bank account look like a joke.

I am now standing in a line at my bank on a Saturday because checkers don't know how to conduct there systems.

I really hope someone is going to be held accountable for this.

You guys are not funny at all. I want my money returned to me.i did not authorize two payments and two withdraws.

I am extremely unhappy 😒
