Checkers Sunvalley has horrible Customer Service

Checkers Sunvalley has horrible Customer Service. I went to return a defective product, the girl at the kiosk escorted me to the Returns stand, and started speaking in isiXhosa to a woman wearing a Customer Service banner. This woman didn't greet or speak to me at all, and seemed to actively avoid even looking in my direction. I managed to make out her instructing the poor kiosk girl to go find the manager in isiXhosa. I managed to finally get her attention, and asked her why she wouldn't help me herself. She just repeated that I must find the manager first. No further explanation. The kiosk girl finally found the manager, and when I explained my return/refund plight to him, he walked us back to Returns, and told the woman wearing the banner to "do what you must". Then she finally issued my refund. I was so confused - the "customer service" woman refused to speak to or engage with me at all, and refused to do a simple return without a manager awkwardly standing by? The staff is either seriously poorly trained or this woman is seriously ***********. Do better.
