Checkers Sunninghill - Cashier blow out -Unapologetic and Verbally Agressive

After shopping at Checkers Sunninghill on Friday 30th July 2023,might I add the very first time at this store. I walked out with so much disgust and very angry at the horrible service received from Cashier Khutso Raboshakga. Since my point of contact with this individual it led from bad to worse and escalated to a point of no return. I have never in my history of shopping at Checkers encountered such and this truly left a bitter taste in my mouth.Instead of diffusing the situation that she brought about she started screaming and being condescending in the store talking behind my back and making a mockery of me in store.Her colleagues who withessed this, was embarrassed on her behalf and they apologised on her behalf and later urged me to talk to the manager Mbali.Clearly Mbali could also not restrain her colleague as this very cashier barged in her office very disrespefully demanding her presence to be felt and started belting out to be hearted first.No respect whatsoever.Not for her job nor for her line manager treating the customer worthlessly. Everytime I thought about letting the situation go and feeling sorry for her because she might be in trouble and risk losing her job I felt a feeling of discomfort.Spesifically because I felt she’s been doing it to other and gets away each time and she will continue to do it again because she owns that branch and no one can tell her better.Now since this incident, I almost felt to distance myself from Checkers /Shoprite it seems as though they employ angry staff that’s dissatisfied and we the customers receive the backlash there of l.In my calmness I tried to aboard having an altercation with her,however I felt my goodness is being disregarded.It’s going to take me a while to be able to go shop at any of these said stores again.
