checkers sucks

kindly assist i both Bernini's at checkers Braamfisher Randburg ,i was advise to send proof of purchase . doctors note .. regarding the issue i had with the expired alcohol , spoke to a very rude manager Beauty who was not willing to give me her name phone numbers , she insisted that she must be the middle man who does the escalation . this happened in December till today she has never called even once , never bothered her self to even apologies hhad no remorse m when i told her i had runny stomach and that this made me and my little sister sick ,and well as my husband luckily me and my husband where not as bad as my lil sister ..what happened to checking stock , what happened to health and safety , as this is not even being attended to ,, i had to drive from Vaal to Soweto to go see a doctor spending my own money ,, what if i indulge more cause maybe i would Even be dead by now . I Am not happy at all with the service overall indly assist with checkers query . I bought expired alcohol from them and got sick from that now they are sending me from pillar to post as they claim the took the cans for test and no feed back , they don't even take my calls , they are just not willing to help , if i can get help with escalating this i will highly appreciate as i feel they are just delaying the whole process for me to give up . i am not happy as i dont even know the turn around time as all are just not willing

It is with disappointment that a person/ company would take customers for fools. We are taking for a ride,The checkers in randburg braamshifer literally see fit that customers must eat rottten products. I’ve received rotten products for the manager beauty claimed to send and email to heard office but it was all a lie after she did not do her job checking stock they have no good interest customer but checkers it self. I strongly do not recommend this for anyone anymore and they don't wanna even give a turn around time of their so call investigation ,, which i don't understand why ,
