Checkers strangulation

Good afternoon.

On Thursday 08 August 2024 at 13h40 at the security gate of Golden Acres Estate, Tzaneen, a driver by the name of Akani Shikane Angangi (excuse the spelling) was speeding in this estate and tried to pass my vehicle on the left side approaching the security gate. He came to a stop and hit my vehicle with his handle bars.

I started taking a video of him and then he did the same. He walked around my vehicle to the front to video me. I got out and asked him for his name. He refused to identify himself. I reached for his name tag to capture his details after which he refused me to see it. I then called Checkers 60/60 to report the driver.

Today I received a call from the local SAPS to inform me that the driver has opened a case of assault against me for strangulation and chocking the driver. I am putting this on record, the whole incident was recorded by myself, the complainant as well as the security cameras. There were also two guards who witnessed everything. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to open a case while telling blatant lies and knowing full well that it is being recorded.

This blatant lies will be dealt with by my attorneys and we will take the necessary action against Checkers if we feel the need to do so.

Please think twice before proceeding with this case, because the video evidence shows the total opposite to what is being claimed by the Checkers employee.
