Checkers stole my R80

I bought a clothing rack Thursday afternoon, got home hanged my clothes over night. n the morning the rack had fallen and broken. I took it back to Checkers and too a more expensive one. I was made to pay the difference. I told the that the item cost R300 and i have paid the full amount, i also told them that i had incurred R80 incidental cost to come back and return that product. Which mean i actually paid R380 for a product that actually cost R300, when i told them i was told to **** off. Had i ****** R80 worth of goods from the store, i would have been arrested, but now this is being brushed.....in all honestly i want my R80
