Checkers still as filthy as always

Checkers Southway Mall, once again you have the dirtiest shop in Durban. The trolleys are as always, filthy, but today, the floors were dirtier than a train station. The Manager (after I basically had to drag him to show him) feels his machines cannot get in with the customers and when I suggested a mop, his reply was that his experience was that the customers will get upset. As far as I am concerned, I will rather have the people mad at me for trying to clean the shop than have them shop in total filth. So I pointed out the filthy floor at the entrance and as there was not a lot of customers around, he still had no reason for not cleaning it. I will be reporting this shop to the Health Dept. as it has gone past just cleaning it. Checkers, you should be ashamed to present a shop like this to the public and then have a clueless manager to try and please your clients. Did not get his name, but happy to meet some authority at the shop for a meeting and identification of your hero.
