Checkers Stellenbosch

I ordered groceries from Checkers Stellenbosch today on the sixty60 app. I have always had good service, but today the delivery person, Ismael, only delivered half of my shopping. He put it outside the gate of my complex.

I was furious and called Checkers and threatened to take my issue to the media. It was near closing time and I really showed my anger to Justine, who answered the phone. She managed to sort out everything. It took quite a while but she really went to a lot of trouble to get another driver to deliver the outstanding groceries to me. The new driver was very friendly.

Then someone from Checkers Stellenbosch arrived with a lovely bunch of flowers and Lindt chocolates. Well done to Checkers Stellenbosch! I will definitely use you again. You really went out of your way to rectify the situation!
