Checkers *****ing people's money

I ordered from checkers 60sixty app on the 26th December 2021 they deducted money from my account but items were out of stock they were supposed 2 refund me on the app it says 2-3 days I sent 3 requests eventually a week later someone responded to tell Me it takes 2-10 Business working days for a refund only to proceed to tell me its not a refund and that it won't appear on my bank statement neither will i get an sms from my bank and that I should just keep checking my bank balance as this is done from my banks back Office, it has now been more than 10 business working days and still I have not recieved my refund from checkers!!!! And I am not the only one to complain many people on the Facebook page are having the same issue
