Checkers staff not paying attention costs me money

I visited Checkers Hyper in Kyalami. I proceeded to the counter and cashier name was Kate Kubai. I asked for 2 x R100 1vouchers. She took my money, checked to see if the money was real right in front of me and than printed my vouchers. I put the vouchers into my pocket and left. When I got home, I noticed that it was Flash Vouchers and not 1 vouchers like I asked. I emailed the checkers complaints, and even tried calling them to no avail, now I am stuck with 2 vouchers I cannot use, and am at a loss of R200 because the cashier was more concerned with what was happening behind her than assisting me and hearing what i was asking. I live over 30km from the checkers and could not go back. And it seems the checkers complaints email is just for show as nobody has bothered to get back to me with a possible solution
