Checkers staff impolite, rude and no basic s****s to manage store

I Mr S Naidoo whom reside at 85 Doreen Road Rylands visited Checkers Rylands Village on 11 April 2018 at 19:10pm, am disgusted at the service received from your cashier to both managers on duty (Front line Supervisor Amanda and non Food Manager Jolene).

I went to your Hot deli and was advised by the assistant that the items I'm taking is reduced by 50%, hence what followed at your point of sale I will never shop at your store or any checkers or shoprite store again. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told to come back on Monday 16/04/2018 to speak to Mr Jacobs.

Your staff from cashiers to floor supervisors and managers are Rude and Arrogant and need to be trained on soft s****s, people management or should be removed from your store.
