Checkers staff

I would like to share this, it is not one experience, but a few experiences I had at my local checkers in somerset mall. I would like to name one employee by name, Heidrich Claasen, he works at the wine route. I only had to buy from him once for him to remember my taste of wine. He seems to make a point of letting his customers feel at ease. Not only remembering there prefferences, but he also would not hessitate to help you in any onther department you need help with. He is freindly and always has a smile on his face. Checkers Somerset mall has a overall freindly staff. Although the management is not that freindly, luckily customers deal with staff more than management. I would like to give the staff at Somerset Checkers a big thank you especially Heindrich for their freindly faces and helpfullnes everytime I walk in there. Well done.
