CHECKERS SOUTHGATE SOLD US ROTTEN FOOD!

On Tuesday 11 December 2024, my mother and I went to buy food at Checkers Southgate. Upon our departure from the store and driving out, my mother realized that the two pieces of fish she purchased were ROTTEN! They had a disgusting and unbareable smell and a white slimy substance in the middle. We were pressed for time and rushing to another commitment and were unable to return it but I'm beyond livid that they benefitted financially from us while they provided an unsatisfactory product. Had we not been vigilant,my mother could have gotten food postponing. I would like a refund from Checkers Southgate for this and it's not even about the money, it's about the principle of taking their customers for granted.
