Checkers Southgate Mall needs to improve its customer service and ensure that essential products are available. Right now, the experience has been frustrating and unreliable.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this South Gate Mall branch. Since February, there has been no stock of Waggies Puppy Food 8kg, and despite the ongoing shortage, there have been no updates or follow-ups with customers. This lack of communication and poor stock management shows a disregard for customer needs. Pet owners rely on consistency, and failing to provide such a basic product for months is unacceptable.
