Checkers “so called 60” delivery app!!!! LIES AND PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Checkers so called 60 60 app is an absolute joke!!! I placed an order for deliver at 14:06pm on Sunday 30 October 2022. It was a mere 6 items!!! My order only arrived at 16.38pm!!! The customer service experience was nothing short of pathetic either! I called and spoke to 2 call centre agents. The First Lady Amanda told me that they are experiencing delays and assured me that my order would be delivered before 4pm. At 4pm I called again and spoke to a lady name Busisiwe who then **** to me and told me that due to current weather conditions ie rain my order would be delayed. I confirmed where my shopping was being done and it was not even 5 min away from my home and there WAS NO RAIN!!! When I questioned about the lie she could not answer. I finally ended up requesting to speak to the manager who apologised but that doesn’t solve anything. How can you say delivery within 60 min…. That’s the brand of the app but you can’t even adhere to that!!! CHECKERS…THAT WAS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE ever!!! If I hadn’t already paid I would told them to stuff off and cancelled my order! Really disappointing and I would caution anyone against using this app!!!
