Checkers SixtySixty - be careful

Checkers SixtySixty I tested Covid -19 positive and therefore thought it a good idea to use the SixtySixty online option, but what a bad decision. To all customers of SixtySixty; what actually happens is Checkers places a provisional debit against your bank account when you place an order and this amount is reserved and you cannot access this. Once the your order is finalised, Checkers bills you an actual amount. They do this because of weight items as when the order is placed they do not know what weight of certain items will be picked for your order, so all this is fine and when your order is finalised the initial reserved amount being held against is to be released. This is where the problem comes in; I used two instances of this Checkers SixtySixty online ordering on the 8 and 9 December and am still battling to get the reserved amounts released and therefore are out of pocket by double of the order placed. I have contacted Checkers various support and contact emails and phoned them, but to no avail. I will never use this facility again and advise others to be careful.
