Checkers Sixty60 - what a joke!

Placed an order on Saturday, 13 August, 2022. Money was debited from my account but order was automatically cancelled by the app. Called to log a complaint and was told that the money that was taken from me would be refunded. E-mails sent to *** are not followed up on nor responded to. An error on their end cannont be rectified by their staff leaves me with the impression that this is a company who are as inefficient as they are careless.
