Checkers Sixty60 Useless

I placed an order for delivery for 11am. It is now 2:40 and i am STILL waiting. You were quick to take my money, but neve bothered to let your customers know there was a problem. I have been holding for over 30 minutes on your "customer care" line and no answer nor now advice of issues. I phoned the actual Checkers twice to find out what is going on. I am still none the wiser. Now i need my money refunded by 3:25 this afternoon!!
