Checkers Sixty60 unauthorized deductions from bank account

On 3 May I received an SMS notification from my bank that an money had been deducted from my account. The reference showed that it was from Checkers Sixty60. I immediately queried it as the last time I had purchased anything from the app was on 23 April 2022. I logged a complaint via Facebook Messenger , and also again on 4 May 2022 as I did not get any response via Facebook. So I logged the complaint via the App with Reference Number ***. Still to date being now 10 May 2022 and no response. Not from the app nor Facebook. I have since removed all my personal details from the app as I cannot afford to have unathorized amounts of monies taken from my account that I did not purchase anything. I am disappointed in the app and won't be using this service again. it seems to be too risky. A while back money was also taken from my account which Checkers said there had been a problem with the bank. It is not worth the risk. I am not happy with their lack of concern in not responding to my query. It should have been resolved by now.
