Checkers Sixty60 took money from my bankaccount but did not deliver anything!

Good day, on the 29th of June I did an order on the app, as I always did, but on this day it kept on giving me the message retry payment, which I did! This kept on happening. However, the amount of R514,90 on order ***6 went off my bank account and then the system cancelled the order. This amount has not been reimbursed to me, and the order has not been delivered. I have sent numerous messages on the app, on e-mail, and on whatsapp, but to no avail. I still haven't received my money back! Please ensure that I have my money back asap Checkers 60 seconds!
