Checkers Sixty60 took 5 hours to arrive!

Placed an order on the Checkers Sixty60 App and my order only arrived at 3pm. 5 hours. When I tried to call the help centre, all they could do was apologise for the inconvenience. Deeply disappointed in the Sixty60 customer service. For a business that brags 60-minute delivery, 5 hours is an inexcusable waiting time. No credit was offered, which in my opinion is the least that they can do to try retain a customer after such a terrible experience.
