Checkers Sixty60 *******

About a week ago I used Checkers Sixty60 for the first time. I received 2 of the 3 products I ordered as the 3rd was not in stock which is understandable. However, even though they invoiced me for those 2 products only, they charged my bank for the full amount including the product that I never received. I tried yo phone the customer fare number which just rang and complained on the site 3 times and also sent an email to their help line. All I got was a no-reply automated email from them saying how budy they are. I have stil had NO response or the money returned. This is a disgrace and I will never use them again. When I asked the driver about it, he said this happens alot. I wonder how many customers' money they have ******?!
