Checkers sixty60 southgate mall

On the 27th of July 2024, I made a big grocery purchase all orders were delivered with missing items when I submitted an issue my account got locked, it is an inconvenience to me because I had to replace those items the items amounted to R1200. I understand the shop says they packed the order but these drivers could take our items I did not budget for that how am I suppose to get through the month. The service at South gate mall checkers is atrocious this the second time this happens to me the first time I was in store and got charged an extra R1500 and I noticed when I got home

It's definitely not fair now the risk department is not answering my emails and the checkers sixty60 helpline can't help me
