Checkers Sixty60 poor service.

Order ***5 - The mixed peppers were literally rotten, even the bag was wet and smelly - not sure how the person that packed the bag packed it the way it is. Complaint was submitted on the app, but no response, no collection of rotten products, no refund/credit.

Order ***7 - The chicken was missing and the packet of lettuce had a dead bee inside, .

I submited the issues above on the app, no response. I sent an email to checkers sixty60, no response. I called checkers sixty60, I was informed that I would get a credit within 24 to 48hours.. ... 8 days later still no feedback/refund/credit.
