Checkers Sixty60 - Poor service!

I have orderered groceries from Checkers Sixty60 online on 4 December 2022 - Checkers Sixty60 reserved R1399.71 on my Absa bank account but then cancelled the order saying they did not receive the funds. The bank cannot release the funds to me and Checkers Sixty60 say they cannot release the funds as they never received it but will also not put it in writing that they did not receive the funds! So there is no way I can get my money back. Order number ***3 4 December 2022. I am disgusted with the service from Checkers Sixty60.
